Account Executive - Sales Job description

Go-getter sales professional in an exciting MarTech SaaS company developing cutting edge brand advocacy solutions. 


Responsibilities:

  • Inbound prospecting – Marketing Qualified Leads to be developed into a Sales opportunity. Understand the objectives intent of the lead and support the prospect with Free trial and usage of the Platform. 

  • Outbound prospecting - Prospect on Linkedin to identify key executives at target companies and convert into a Lead for nurturing. Participate in Virtual Events and Conferences and map new prospects.

  • Develop understanding of Advocacy and the Socxo platform. Develop ability to run demos to prospects, get feedback on the use case and structure a value proposition 

  • Understand the Solution and map them to Customer’s value proposition

  • Achieve Business targets/revenues 

  • Manage, track, and report sales activities and results using internal CRM. Maintain consistent levels of activity to reach assigned goals.

  • Coordinate on feedback to marketing on quality of the Leads and interventions to be planned with the Marketing team


Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in inside sales or business development in a quota carrying role. 

  • Prior experience as an SDR or BDR in a SaaS product company preferred.

  • Social media understanding and knowledge of Enterprise Solutions in Martech or adjacent domain

  • Familiarity with Linkedin and examples of prospecting and methods used to identify potential leads

  • MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management preferred but not required

  • Ability to do solution sales to acquire new business

  • Proven ability in achieving sales targets/quota

  • Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills

  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach
