Who you are?
-
5+ years of inside sales experience in IT Software products/SaaS solutions covering USA/UK/EU
-
Demonstrated experience consistently meeting or exceeding sales quota
-
Ability to do solution sales to acquire new business, Experience selling Martech solutions a strong plus
-
Experience prospecting and qualifying leads, pipeline building, negotiating, and closing deals
-
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining Executive relationships
-
Experience recruiting and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives a strong plus
-
Ability to establish engagement via LinkedIn to nurture and convert leads
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to speak, write, and present persuasively
-
Excellent negotiation skills
-
Self-starter, mindset to go after goals in a structured approach
-
Bring a high degree of energy and motivation to drive sales growth

Can orient across multiple customer engagements while maintaining attention to detail

MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management preferred, alternate is hands on with Sales skill and industry references.
What will you do?

Lead and drive the sales cycle from lead conversion to opportunity creation to deal closure
-
Develop and implement prospecting campaigns within targeted geos and industries.

Open new accounts as well as manage and grow existing accounts through increased product usage, upsell/cross-sell strategies

Achieve Business targets/revenues

Train SDRs to develop and nurture high quality leads, Design and implement effective sales processes to achieve business growth goals
-
Manage, track, and report sales activities and results using internal CRM. Maintain consistent levels of weekly activity to reach assigned goals.

Inspire and foster a winning Sales culture

Position Socxo in virtual events and conferences and map new prospects.

Develop a deep understanding of advocacy and the Socxo platform and run demos to prospects, get feedback on the use case and structure a value proposition
