Customer success and Account Managers

Who you are?

  • 5-8 years of Customer Success and Account management experience in IT Software products/SaaS solutions  

  • You understand Marketing buyers and needs on adopting Martech solution through a Program approach 

  • Can drive set metrics/goals for platform usage and customer satisfaction  

  • Self-starter, mindset to go after goals in a structured approach

  • Presentation skills to communicate across decision-makers in Enterprise organizations

  • Can orient across multiple Customer engagements while maintaining attention to detail

  • MBA in marketing and/or relevant experience  

What will you do?

  • Develop a strong understanding on Solution and its adoption 

  • Develop account plans and become a trusted advisor in your customer base through:

    • Driving key metrics and do a regular Quarterly Business Reviews with Sponsor and key Managers

    • Analyse data on usage and develop plans to meet the Program objectives 

    • Ensure SLA on Product support, product usage & new features, customer asks – channel it to Product management 

    • Manage pipeline and forecast accurately for renewal, upsells and alert on any churn and do corrective course 

  • Partner with cross functional teams across Support, Product Management, Engineering as the voice of the customer
