Who you are?

5-8 years of Customer Success and Account management experience in IT Software products/SaaS solutions
-
You understand Marketing buyers and needs on adopting Martech solution through a Program approach
-
Can drive set metrics/goals for platform usage and customer satisfaction
-
Self-starter, mindset to go after goals in a structured approach
-
Presentation skills to communicate across decision-makers in Enterprise organizations
-
Can orient across multiple Customer engagements while maintaining attention to detail
-
MBA in marketing and/or relevant experience
What will you do?
-
Develop a strong understanding on Solution and its adoption
-
Develop account plans and become a trusted advisor in your customer base through:
-
Driving key metrics and do a regular Quarterly Business Reviews with Sponsor and key Managers

Analyse data on usage and develop plans to meet the Program objectives

Ensure SLA on Product support, product usage & new features, customer asks – channel it to Product management
-
Manage pipeline and forecast accurately for renewal, upsells and alert on any churn and do corrective course

Partner with cross functional teams across Support, Product Management, Engineering as the voice of the customer
