Account Managers Job description

Individual with passion for SaaS solutions engaged to drive Sales, adoption and growth of the Advocacy marketing solutions for Enterprise customers 

Who you are

  • You have managed direct customer relationships at large enterprise organizations and selling to CXO’s and their decision-making teams 

  • You have direct Sales experience in a Martech stack or a Horizontal workflow SaaS solutions across Industry verticals  

  • You understand buyer personas and their needs on adopting a Platform solution 

  • Experience in Customer engagements and Net promoter score measurements and driving improvements 


  • Develop a strong understanding on Solution value proposition, differentiator’s and the competitive landscape

  • Drive Sales closures in qualified opportunities involving prospects multiple stakeholders - CXO level, internal coaches and their decision-makers 

  • Drive renewal process with Customers and ensure retention of business, risk mitigation plans 

  • Manage pipeline and forecast accurately for renewal and upsell activity - net new ARR, renewal revenue potential, any churn and corrective course 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Support, Product Management, Engineering as the voice of the customer within the organization 

  • Develop account plans and ensure visibility as a trusted advisor in your customer base and reach target Satisfaction levels by

    1. Driving key metrics and do a regular Quarterly Business Reviews for the customer programs with Customers Sponsor and their operational executives 

    2. Analyse data on usage and develop plans to meet the Program objectives 

    3. Ensure SLA on Product support and monitor quality of resolutions. Ascertain product usage and feedback to Product management for enhancements

    4. Create customer-specific communications plans for increasing Customer Lifetime value

Key Skills

  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B Sales and Account management 

  • MBA in marketing and/or relevant experience and results in achieving revenues 

  • Has handled Consultative/Solution sales

  • Possess good interpersonal skills, Negotiation skills

  • Presentation skills to communicate across stakeholders across decision-makers in Enterprise organizations

  • Self-starter and work with minimal direction, mindset to go after goals in a structured approach

  • Can orient across multiple Customer engagements while maintaining attention to detail
